Thanks to its compact design, this highly efficient air cooler is particularly suitable for commercial and industrial cold stores and low-temperature storage rooms with narrow aisles.

Fish processing - HVAT - Lauenroth Fischfeinkost
When processing and storing fish products, the salt content and vinegar-based marinades place particularly high demands on the evaporators in terms of corrosion protection, hygiene and defrosting. For direct processing, appliances with stainless steel housings and corrosion-protected heat exchangers are therefore used. For the deep-freezing of the packaged goods in this fish delicatessen, special attention was paid to efficient operation and a stable high air flow rate for even temperature distribution.

Deep-freeze warehouse - HVAT - Medical technology
Medical products are delicate goods which need to be stored at a stable temperature. For this low-temperature storage room at a biotech company with a temperature of -35 °C, efficient defrosting was required too. The HVST/HVAT evaporator from Roller was designed with an aligned tube system, optimum heating rod placement, a large fin spacing and a defrost damper for optimum defrosting.
